This Moment

Here's a link to Soulemama's moment, and here are my two (I've given up apologising, and have even added some words this week, cheating is a slippery slope!)

{this moment} ~ A Friday ritual. A single photo - no words - capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember. If you're inspired to do the same, leave a link to your 'moment' in the comments for all to find and see.
. . . . . . . . . .

Could not leave out moments spent digging with Maria, whilst watching Venetia practise her cartwheels as the tide came in.

But equally I couldn't leave out our first game of 'Beat the Tide' for the holidays.

  1. Great pictures. That first one is amazing!
Every week, I envy the time you spend at the beach. I miss the water!
My moment was one of flower drying and first experiences in salve making this week : Dandelion and olive oil. So much fun!
    Have a great week-end!

  2. Looks like fun! Beat the tide, we used to play that as kids when we visited the ocean. Always a good time! Have a lovely weekend. xo

  3. Oh my I've missed loads of posts! Love the hand dyed fabric quilt and your new quilt plan - looks great - I might stalk you on it as I've got a bigger one than I've tried before planned and I was putting it off as I can't imagine machine quilting it. I'm backing it with a wool blanket - but that I want to show - would it work? Sorry lots of questions!
